The hotel rooms were a good size with comfy beds, but a bit more privacy on the patio area would have been appreciated. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the pool area and relaxation spaces. The hotel maintained a high standard throughout.

The location was good with a 15-minute stroll into Tenby. It was quiet yet still convenient for exploring the towns of Tenby and Pembroke. The proximity to the town center was convenient.

The hotel rooms were slightly cold and took a long time to warm up, but they were spotless and clean. Shower room was unpractical with nonexistent pressure; poor value for money. Sure the family rooms are better for families.
